"I was completely satisfied with North Lake. Their bid was the most accurate roofing bid I've ever seen, despite never having come to my home in person. I have a complex roof and Tim's bid showed the size, pitch and details of every surface. Much more accurate than competitors who walk the property with a surveyor's roller. Weather prevented an on time start but Tim and Peter kept me informed all the way through, and even started their crew on Saturday to make up for lost time. They worked through the weekend to complete the job. As always with a big job, I inspected the finished product, presented the site foreman Peter with a punch list, and he promptly addressed to my satisfaction every small detail I had identified.
